STEVE BRINGS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT, CONTACT CENTER OPERATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY, BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Steve is an experienced management consultant, CIO, and contact center leader and has worked with private, public, and non-profit organizations.

As a management and IT consultant, Steve has led a wide variety of projects, including full life-cycle systems design and development efforts, contact center operations and technology assessments and designs, IT infrastructure assessments, systems implementation efforts, outsourcing of business services, business intelligence initiatives, and business process improvement efforts. Prior to joining the Acrelic Group he worked with Big 4 and other leading consulting firms. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies including Johnson & Johnson and Comcast; public sector organizations such the U.S. State Department, the CIA, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; and non-profit organizations including the Girl Scouts of the USA.

As a CIO for two $100M companies Steve was responsible for all aspects of IT. He was an integral member of the executive teams of both companies, driving IT investments in both applications and infrastructure to improve operations, gain efficiencies, and improve system availability. His leadership helped both companies expand into new business opportunities and revenue opportunities.

As a contact center leader, Steve was responsible for the operations of six contact centers employing 1,200 agents providing customer service and telemarketing services. He was responsible for all aspects of contact center operations technologies, from hiring and training to workforce management and quality assurance. He also built, staffed and opened and operated three call centers.

Steve received an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Colorado
